4. Move Your Body

One of the best natural ways to enhance your mood is to move your body! It can be a traditional form of exercise, like spin class or resistance training, but it can also be something fun! Gardening, dancing, taking a walk with friends are all acceptable choices!

Moving more will give your body and you mind a sense of positivity and even give you more energy.

5. A Relaxing Routine

Whether you are a morning bird or a night owl, establishing a healthy routine can create positivity by eliminating stress and anxiety. 

If you take the time to establish a routine, there will be less room for unknown situations that cause you to let the negativity in. 

Try to set your alarm and your bedtime consistently to ensure you are getting enough sleep. Then, list a few activities that you think you can put into your routine every day. Make sure that these are the types of activities that bring you joy and relaxation rather than focusing on productivity.
